Cuisine of Agra

Years of royal settlements has refined the culinary skills of Agra. Now, Agra peda, which is a soft sweet pumpkin, has become a brand name world over. Mugali Cusines, and savories like dalmoth, gazak and burfi are other specialties of Agra.
